摘  要:针对铜板带产品种类众多,数学模型参数调试难的问题,提出了基于智能优化的智能建模方法。该模型根据运行过程中采集的仪表数据和测试数据,通过智能优化算法优化出模型关键参数。结合加热炉一级控制程序的改进和二级数学模型的软件开发,智能燃烧系统在铜板带步进式加热炉上成功应用,改善了铸锭加热的一致性,并节省了吨铜的天然气消耗。Aiming at the problem that there are many kinds of copper strip products and the parameter debugging of mathematical model is difficult,an intelligent modeling method based on intelligent optimization is proposed.According to the instrument data and test data collected during operation,the key parameters of the model are optimized by intelligent optimization algorithm.Combining with the improvement of the primary control program and the software development of the secondary mathematical model,the intelligent combustion system has been successfully applied in the copper strip step heating furnace,which improves the consistency of ingot heating and saves the natural gas consumption of tons of copper.
