摘  要:温州市瓯海区南单元D区西片地块项目主楼高339m,采用了单元式整体提升集成平台模架施工,该套模架装备利用导轨立柱承重,油缸相互交替顶升,以往项目通常应用于覆盖整个核心筒。该工程主楼核心筒可利用面积较小,为提高单元式整体提升集成平台模架的施工效率及安全系数,将其小型化并集成超长液压布料机。小型化的模架装备用钢量低,有效降低了施工成本;下挂筒架作为操作平台保证了电梯井道墙体的施工安全;集成的液压布料机随平台同步爬升,避免了传统布料机每次浇筑需利用塔吊上下驳运的缺点;此套模架装备提高施工效率,施工安全系数高,提高了我国超高层施工中施工装备的技术水平。The main building of the project in the west plot of Area D,South Unit,Ouhai District,Wenzhou City,is 339 meters high,and the unit integral lifting integrated platform formwork is used for construction.This formwork equipment uses the guide rail column to bear the load,and the cylinders are jacked alternately.In previous projects,it is usually used to cover the entire core tube.The available area of the core tube of the main building in this project is small.To improve the construction efficiency and safety factor of the unit integral lifting integrated platform formwork,it has been miniaturized and integrated with a super-long hydraulic spreader.The miniaturized formwork equipment has low steel consumption,effectively reducing construction costs;the lower hanging cylinder frame is used as an operating platform to ensure the construction safety of the elevator shaft wall;the integrated hydraulic spreader climbs synchronously with the platform,avoiding the defect that the traditional spreader needs to be transported up and down by a tower crane for each pouring.This formwork equipment improves construction efficiency,has a high construction safety factor,and enhances the technical level of construction equipment in the construction of super high-rise buildings in China.
