摘 要:随着部分站房和站场的规模或标准已不满足铁路高质量发展的需求,对其扩能改造势在必行。对于现有的线路架空技术,采用人工挖孔桩施工的方式架空线路,劳动强度大、施工速度慢,且安全性较差,尤其在特定地质条件下可能产生诸多问题。以开封站改造工程旅客地道下穿陇海铁路的情况为案例,应对工期紧、汛期高温、施工区域水位高、施工场地狭小、易坍塌等不利条件,通过采用钢便梁进行二次架空体系转换的关键施工技术,总结出小架空拉槽提供股道下方工作面,改造钻孔桩钻机代替人工挖孔桩,以及采用桩板墙结构确保大架空支撑体系稳定性的施工方案,在充分保障铁路运行安全的前提下,探索、解决黄泛区地质区段下穿铁路营业线的施工难点和控制要点,可为类似项目提供参考。As the scale or standard of station buildings and yards no longer meets the needs of high-quality railway development,capacity expansion and renovation are imperative.For the existing overhead line technique,constructing the overhead line using manual digging pile technique involves high labor intensity,slow construction speed,and poor safety,especially under specific geological conditions.Taking the case of the passenger tunnel underpassing Longhai Railway in the Kaifeng Station Reconstruction Project,key construction techniques for secondary overhead system conversion using steel temporary beams are summarized to address adverse conditions such as tight construction schedules,high temperatures during flood season,high water levels in the construction area,narrow construction sites,and susceptibility to collapse.The construction scheme involves creating small overhead sections to provide workspaces under tracks,using modified drilling rigs instead of manual digging piles,and adopting a sheet-pile wall structure to ensure the stability of the large overhead support system.These strategies ensure railway operation safety while addressing the construction difficulties and control points in the Yellow River flooded area under the railway operating line,providing a reference for similar projects.
