摘　　要：为了确保装配式厂房的施工质量,依托上海联东U谷·海隆生命健康谷(一期)厂房项目具体施工案例,对装配式多层厂房施工中的技术重难点展开研究,分别从构件设计、漏浆、碰撞、特殊节点处施工4个方面进行梳理,提出了针对性解决措施,节约了项目成本、提升了施工质量,可为同类项目提供参考。To ensure the construction quality of prefabricated plants,the specific construction case of the Shanghai Liandong U Valley·Hilong Life and Health Valley(Phase I)plant project is used as a basis to study the key and difficult technical points in the construction of prefabricated multi-storey plants.These technical points are analyzed in four aspects:component design,leakage,collision,and construction of special nodes.Targeted solutions are proposed to save project costs and improve construction quality.The findings can provide a reference for similar projects.
