摘 要:本试验旨在探究苜草素对不同阶段蛋鸡血清细胞因子水平的影响,选择育成期、产蛋高峰期、产蛋后期蛋鸡各288只,每个阶段均随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,3个试验组分别在饮水中添加500、1000、1500 mg/L苜草素,每周每个试验组随机选取30只鸡采血,持续采血10周,通过ELISA法检测血清中白细胞介素2(Interleukin-2,IL-2)、白细胞介素6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)的水平。结果表明:添加1000、1500 mg/L苜草素显著提高不同生长阶段蛋鸡血清中IL-2和TNF-α的水平(P<0.05),显著降低不同生长阶段蛋鸡血清中IL-6的水平(P<0.05);添加500 mg/L苜草素对以上细胞因子指标没有显著影响。综上所述,在不同生长阶段添加1000 mg/L苜草素即可有效增强蛋鸡的细胞免疫应答。The effects of polysavone on cytokines of laying hens at different stages were investigated.A total of 288 laying hens at growing period,peak laying period and late laying period were selected and randomly divided into four groups.The control group was supplied with only basal diet,and different doses of polysavone were added to drinking water in experimental groups.The contents of IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-αin serum were detected by ELISA assay.The results showed as follows:supplementation of 1000 mg/L and 1500 mg/L polysavone significantly increased the contents of IL-2 and TNF-αin serum of laying hens at different growth stages(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the content of IL-6 in serum(P<0.05).The addition of 500 mg/L polysavone had no significant effect on the above cytokine indexes.According to the results of this experiment,adding 1000 mg/L polysavone at different growth stages can effectively enhance the cellular immune response of laying hens.
