摘 要:采用万能力学试验机、维卡软化温度测定仪、差示扫描量热仪、傅立叶红外光谱分析仪(FTIR)等设备,对比分析了聚乙烯管材内衬材料PE100在油田采出水模拟液中浸泡1080 h后的拉伸性能、热变形性能、结晶熔融性能和分子结构变化。结果表明:PE 100聚乙烯材料在介质浸泡试验后,溶液介质小分子向PE100内部渗透致使塑料材料溶胀,引发分子链断裂,导致其拉伸性能、抗热变形性能、结晶度、熔融温度均明显下降,其拉伸强度下降23.47%;屈服强度下降20.66%,断裂伸长率下降25.27%,维卡软化温度衰减13.15%,熔融温度由134.05℃降至128.36℃,结晶度下降3.24%。The tensile properties,thermal deformation properties,crystallization and melting properties,and molecular structure changes of polyethylene pipe lining material PE100 soaked in simulated oilfield produced water for 1040 hours were compared and analyzed using universal mechanical testing machine,Vicat softening temperature tester,differential scanning calorimeter,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR)and other equipment.The results showed that after the medium immersion test,small molecules in the solution medium penetrated into the interior of PE100,causing the plastic material to swell and leading to molecular chain breakage,resulting in a significant decrease in its tensile properties,thermal deformation resistance,crystallinity,and melting temperature.Its tensile strength decreased by 23.47%,yield strength decreased by 20.66%,elongation at break decreased by 25.27%,Vicat softening temperature decreased by 13.15%,melting temperature decreased from 134.05℃to 128.36℃,and crystallinity decreased by 3.24%.
