摘  要:为了探索情景模拟翻转课堂在综合医院肌骨超声多学科培训(MDT)中的应用效果,课题组选取同济大学附属上海市第四人民医院超声医学科、疼痛科及康复医学科年青医师89名,随机分为研究组(n=45)和对照组(n=44)。分别采用情景模拟式翻转课堂教学法及传统讲授式教学法进行肌骨超声技术规范化培训。经过6个月的系统培训,通过理论考核、技能考核和问卷调查来评估两种教学方法的实施效果。结果显示,研究组理论和操作技能考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,研究组在预习、自学、提问、讨论、问题解决、文献检索及PPT制作等方面均表现更佳(P<0.05)。情景模拟翻转教学法能激发学习兴趣,提高学习效率,增强临床思维,促进多学科医师掌握肌骨超声新技术,提升专科诊疗水平。To explore the scenario-based flipped classroom in multidisciplinary training(MDT)of musculoskeletal ultrasound in general hospitals,the authors conducted a comparative study in a total of 89 young physicians from the Department of Ultrasound Medicine,Department of Pain Medicine,and Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,who were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=45)and the control group(n=44).Standardized training of musculoskeletal ultrasound techniques was conducted in both groups,with the scenario-based flipped classroom mode adopted in the experimental group and the traditional lecture-based teaching mode used in the control group,respectively.After 6 months of systematic training,the authors conducted theoretical assessment,skill assessment,and a questionnaire survey to compare the effects of two teaching modes.The results showed that the scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)in theoretical and operational skill assessments.The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the experimental group performed significantly better in preview,self-study,questioning,discussion,problem-solving,literature retrieval,and PPT production(P<0.05).In conclusion,the scenario-based flipped classroom teaching can stimulate learning interest,improve learning efficiency,enhance clinical thinking,promote the mastery of new musculoskeletal ultrasound techniques by physicians from different disciplines,and improve the level of specialist diagnosis and treatment.
