摘　　要：以装配式房屋建筑工程计价为研究对象,系统分析装配式构件的工厂化生产、场外运输和现场施工阶段的费用构成以及构件商品化前后的计价程序,提出一种融合清单计量、市场询价、自主报价、竞争定价的工程计价模式,明确工程计价体系优化方向,为进一步完善工程造价市场形成机制提供参考。This study focuses on the pricing of assembled house construction project,systematically analyzing the cost structure of factory production of prefabricated components,off-site transportation,and on-site construction stages,as well as the pricing procedures before and after the commodification of components.It advocates a project pricing model that integrates bill of quantity measurement,market inquiry pricing,independent quoting,and competitive pricing.The study identifies the direction for optimizing the project pricing system and provides insights for further improving the mechanism of construction cost market formation.
