列宁关于提升国家对外文化传播效能的重要思想述论

摘　　要：列宁不但是一位伟大的革命家,也是一位卓越的文化宣传家。他在领导俄国社会主义革命和建设中,为回应国外资本主义国家在文化思想领域对俄国十月革命和社会主义建设的污蔑和丑化,把马克思主义文化宣传思想与俄国具体的革命和建设实际相结合,根据自身长年的新闻文化宣传工作经验,提出了一系列具有创见性的关于提升国家对外文化传播效能的重要思想和实践举措。这些思想主要包括:构建共识性文化叙事,扩大对外文化传播的影响力;打造令文化受众认可的传播媒介,提升对外文化传播的公信力;紧盯受众需求开展调查研究,推进对外文化传播的精准化。在列宁逝世百年之际,深入发掘并学习这一思想对于进一步提升新时代我国对外文化传播效能,提升国家文化软实力影响力具有极为重要的实践指导和借鉴意义。Vladimir Lenin was not only a great revolutionary,but also an outstanding cultural propagandist.During his leadership of the Russian socialist revolution and construction,responding to the vilification and vilification of the October Revolution and socialist construction from capitalist countries abroad in the field of culture and thought,combining Marxist cultural propaganda thoughts with the concrete reality of revolution and construction in Russia,and according to its own long-term experience of news cultural propaganda work,he putted forward a series of creative ideas and practical measures to improve the effectiveness of external cultural communication.Among them,using of vivid cultural narrative expression to help the acceptance of foreign cultural communication;creating media resources acceptable to cultural audiences to enhance the credibility of extermal cultural communication;Relying on appropriate cultural presentation ways to promote the accurate transmission of foreign culture,etc,is the most representative opinion and argument.A hundred years after Vladimir Lenin's death,It is very important for us to explore and study this thought to further improve the efficiency of our country's foreign culture communication in the new era and to promote the influence of ourcountry's cultural soft power.
