摘 要:在大跨径连续刚构桥悬臂施工过程中,由于混凝土的收缩、徐变等因素,施工过程中其悬臂端的实际施工线型与设计理论值存在一定的误差。为降低该误差,采用灰色预测控制系统进行分析。施工后对不同位置高程进行测量并标定,边跨合拢段左右两端高程为0.016m,中跨合拢段左右两端与设计高程差为94.369mm,均控制在94.353mm以内,实际监测与控制过程中,该误差值均满足设计要求。In the cantilever construction process of long-span continuous rigid frame bridges,due to factors such as concrete shrinkage,creep and so on,there is a certain degree of error between the actual construction line type of the cantilever end and the theoretical value of design during the construction process.In order to reduce the error,the analysis is made by using the grey prediction control system.After construction,the elevation of different positions is measured and calibrated.The elevation of the left and right ends of the side span closure section is 0.016m,and the difference between the left and right ends of the mid span closure section and the design elevation is 94.369mm,both of which are controlled within 94.353mm.In the actual monitoring and control process,the error values meet the design requirements.
