摘 要:通过轴向拉伸试验,研究了不同配合比的聚氨酯水泥在不同环境温度下的力学性能,分析温度、配比对材料本构关系的影响规律。在轴向拉伸试验中,不同配比的聚氨酯水泥在-40℃~40℃环境下的应力应变曲线较为相似,但极限应力随聚氨酯比例的增加而增大,弹性模量随聚氨酯比例的增加而减小。随着温度变化,聚氨酯水泥试件的破坏模式有所不同,低温下发生脆断,高温下试件不断裂但边缘出现大量“V”字型裂口,温度越高,此现象越明显。Through the axial tensile test,the mechanical properties of polyurethane cement with different mix ratios are studied at different ambient temperature,and the influence rule of temperature and mix ratio on the constitutive relationship of the material is analyzed.In the axial tensile test,the stress-strain curves of polyurethane cement with different ratios are roughly similar in the environment of-40℃~40℃,but the ultimate stress increases with the increase of polyurethane ratio,and the elastic modulus decreases with the increase of polyurethane ratio.As the temperature changes,the failure mode of polyurethane cement specimens varies.Brittle fracture occurs at low temperature,while the specimen continuously cracks at high temperature with a large number of"V"-shaped cracks at the edge.The higher the temperature,the more obvious the phenomenon becomes.
