摘　　要：腹直肌分离(rectus abdominis diastasis,RAD)是腹白线两侧腹直肌肌腹相互分离的现象,可引起一系列生理功能障碍,常见于孕产期女性与肥胖人群等,目前RAD已经逐渐引起相关外科医师的重视。国内外关于RAD的研究较少,关于诊断及治疗尚无统一的标准。本文将结合国内外文献,就腹直肌分离的诊断及治疗方法的研究进展进行总结。Rectus abdominis diastasis(RAD)is a phenomenon in which the rectus abdominis muscles on both sides of the white line of the abdomen separate from each other,causing a series of physiological dysfunction.It is commonly seen in pregnant women and obese individuals.Currently,RAD has gradually attracted the attention of relevant surgeons.There is relatively little research on RAD both domestically and internationally,and there is no unified standard for diagnosis and treatment.This article will summarize the research progress on the diagnosis and treatment methods of rectus abdominis separation by combining domestic and foreign literature.
