摘  要:为研究液压胶管内胶层配方,考察了次磺酰胺促进剂CBS、NOBS、DZ和NS对丁腈橡胶(NBR)硫化性能、力学性能以及耐老化性能的影响。实验结果表明:NBR都有着较长焦烧时间,加工安全性好。随着DZ用量的增加,NBR的焦烧时间变化不大,控制在3 min左右,表现出较好的加工安全性能;正硫化时间越来越短,但也能控制在10 min左右,基本能平衡硫磺与橡胶及镀铜钢丝之间的反应;硫化胶的硬度、拉断强度及定伸强度越来越大,拉断强度增大的趋势更加明显;拉断永久变形开始显著降低,之后基本不再发生变化。耐油热老化后性能测试表明:硫化胶硬度下降4~5左右,拉断强度及拉断伸长率略有下降但不太明显,永久变形变化非常小。According to the formula of the inner rubber layer of hydraulic hose,the effects of sulfenamide accelerators CBS,NOBS,DZ and NS on the vulcanization,mechanical properties and aging resistance of NBR were investigated.The results show that NBR has longer scorch time and better processing safety.With the increase of DZ dosage,the scorch time of NBR changed little and was controlled at about 3 min,which showed better processing safety,while the positive vulcanization time became shorter and shorter,but it could also be controlled at about 10 min,it can balance the reaction between sulfur and rubber and copper-plated steel wire;the hardness,tensile strength and constant tensile strength of vulcanizate are increasing,and the tendency of tensile strength increasing is more obvious;the permanent deformation of the vulcanizate at break begins to decrease significantly;After that,there is no change.The hardness of vulcanizate decreased about 4-5,tensile strength and elongation decreased slightly but not obviously,and the permanent deformation change was very small.
