摘 要:过渡金属氮化碳化合物(MXene)由于独特的层状结构、优异的导电性、可调节的活性表面和优异的机械强度,被广泛应用于电力储存、导电薄膜、电磁干扰屏蔽、环境污染等领域。随着MXene研究与应用的发展,其需求量也与日俱增,因此,MXene的制备方法也在不断扩展,并向无氟、温和的环保型方向发展。近年,随着信息技术与产业的快速发展,新一代集成电子器件呈现体积小、功能集中、多场景应用等特性,且电磁干扰与污染等对人体、电子设备、电网安全运行、信息安全的危害问题也日益突出,基于MXene的多功能电磁屏蔽材料已经成为研究热点。基于以上研究现状,本论文将重点综述MXene制备方法及其在电磁屏蔽领域的应用研究。MXene is a type of transition metal carbide or nitride with a two-dimensional layered structure.Due to its unique layered structure,excellent conductivity,adjustable active surface and excellent mechanical strength,it has attracted much attention in the field of two-dimensional materials and has been widely studied and applied in energy storage,water treatment,catalysis,conductive films,electromagnetic interference shielding and other fields.With the development of MXene research and application,the preparation methods of MXene are constantly expanding and developing towards a fluorine-free and mild direction.In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology and industry,the new generation of integrated electronic devices has the characteristics of small size,centralized functions,and multi-scene applications.The problems of electromagnetic interference and pollution have become increasingly prominent in terms of human health,equipment operation,and information security.Therefore,multifunctional electromagnetic shielding materials based on MXene have become a research hotspot.Based on the above state,this paper will focus on the review of MXene preparation methods and its application research in the field of electromagnetic shielding.
