摘 要:质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)是一种高效的能源转换设备,它能够将化学能直接转化为电能,其优点在于转换效率高、启动速度快,因此被广泛应用于交通、便携供电系统等领域。质子交换膜(PEM)是PEMFC的关键材料之一,目前广泛应用的是由美国杜邦公司发明的Nafion膜,但是Nafion膜成本高、低湿度下质子传导性低且甲醇渗透性高。为了克服这些缺点,研究者们开展了大量的改性研究。本综述系统地总结了不同结构组成的无机、有机材料改性Nafion膜的研究进展,通过具体的实例,详细介绍了各种类型改性Nafion膜的性质和性能,包括其质子传导性、燃料渗透性、机械强度等。同时,本综述还展望了改性Nafion膜的发展方向和未来前景,为相关领域的研究提供参考和借鉴。Proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)is an efficient energy conversion device that can directly convert chemical energy into electrical energy,it has high conversion efficiency and fast start-up,therefore it is widely used in the fields of transportation and portable power supply systems.Proton exchange membrane(PEM)is one of the key materials for PEMFC.At present,Nafion membrane invented by DuPont in the United States is widely used as a proton exchange membrane,but it is limited by its high cost,low proton conductivity under low humidity,and high methanol permeability.Researchers have carried out a large number of modification studies to overcome these shortcomings.This review systematically summarizes the research progress of Nafion membranes modified by inorganic,organic materials with different structural compositions,and through specific examples,the properties and performances of various types of modified Nafion membranes are introduced in detail,including proton conductivity,fuel permeability,mechanical strength,etc.Finally,the development direction and the future prospects of the modified Nafion membrane are reviewed,that provide reference and reference for research in related fields.
