摘 要:热/力模拟试验不仅能充分而精确地揭示材料在热加工过程中组织与性能的变化规律,还能评定或预测材料在制备或热加工过程中可能出现的问题,进而为制定合理的加工工艺及研制新材料提供理论指导和技术依据。然而,热模拟试验过程中对试样温度的测量是否精确是决定试验成功与否的关键。在此基础上,根据试验机及有色金属材料的特点,对试样的准确测温方法进行了研究,解决了热电偶丝与有色金属材料试样难以牢固焊接的问题,极大地拓宽了试验机检测的应用范围。Thermal/mechanical simulation test can not only fully and accurately expose and reveal the changing rules of the structure and properties of materials in the process of hot working,but also evaluate or predict the problems that may occur in the preparation or hot working of materials,so as to provide theoretical guidance and technical basis for the development of reasonable processing technology and new materials.However,accurate measurement of the specimen temperature during thermal simulation test is critical to the success for the test.Based on this,according to the characteristics of the testing machine and non-ferrous metal materials,the accurate temperature measurement method of the specimen was studied,which solved the problem that the thermocouple wire and non-ferrous metal material specimen were difficult to firmly welded,and greatly expanded the application range of the testing machine.
