摘　　要：近几年石油工程监督工作积累了大量管理创新和提质增效的成果,迫切需要发掘和培育。运用PDCA循环质量管理方法,进行优秀成果培育规划和组织扩展,采用工程监督行业优秀成果评选、开展交流讲座研讨、优选提炼并推选管理创新优秀成果等提升成果质量,进行成果培育全过程视检和分析,实施重点环节精细管理、稳健运行质量管理机制、信息传播扩展、有效激励实现优秀成果培育管理升级。机制、方法措施可以在石油天然气各专业成果的培育管理中应用,提出优秀成果报告书写、数据统计分析、成果推广等建议。In recent years,petroleum engineering supervision has accumulated a lot of achievements in management innovation and quality and efficiency improvement,which urgently need to be explored and cultivated.The PDCA cycle quality management method was used to carry out the cultivation plan and organization expansion of excellent achievements.Then the quality of the results was improved by selecting the excellent results of the engineering supervision industry,conducting exchanges and seminars,selecting and refining the excellent results of management innovation,etc.At the same time,the inspection and analysis for the whole process of the achievement cultivation were carried out,and the upgrade of excellent results cultivation and management were achieved by implementing fine management of key links,steadying operation of the quality management mechanism,information dissemination and expansion,and effective encouragement.Therefore,the mechanism,methods and measures can be applied in the cultivation and management of various professional achievements of oil and gas,and suggestions are put forward for writing excellent achievement reports,data statistics and analysis,and achievement promotion.
