摘　　要：中秋X井是中秋1区块第一口水平井,由于地质要求,该井需优先对上部储层进行储层改造和测试,传统APR测试工艺存在不能进行大规模加砂压裂、替液替不干净、环空压力控制要求高、出现复杂工况难处理等诸多缺陷,无法完全满足该井测试作业需要,因此该井采用“液压可取式封隔器+压力计”非常规测试管柱组合进行作业。该井压力系数高、储层物性差,属于典型高压低渗储层,放喷后期极可能存在低产极端工况,对管柱及工具的考验极大,因此对测试管柱质量控制显得极为重要,现场通过管柱设计、入井质量控制、压差控制、解封控制等4个方面对该井管柱进行质量安全控制,保障了该井测试的顺利进行,也为类似井作业提供了宝贵的经验。Well X of Zhongqiu is the first horizontal well in Zhongqiu Block 1.Due to geological requirements,this well needs to give priority to reservoir transformation and testing of the upper reservoir.The traditional APR test process has many defects,such as inability to carry out large-scale sand fracturing,unclean fluid replacement,high requirements for annular pressure control,and complexity and dificulty in handling,which cannot fully meet the needs of the well test operation.As a result,the well was operated with a hydraulically removable packer+manometer unconventional test string combination.This well is a typical high-pressure and lowpermeability reservoir with high pressure coefficient and poor reservoir physical property.Extreme conditions of low production are very likely to exist in the later stage of blowout,which greatly tests pipe string and tools.Therefore,the quality control of test string is extremely important.The quality and safety control of this well string was carried out on site through four aspects,including string design,well entry quality control,pressure difference control and unsealing control,which ensures the smooth progress of the well test and provides valuable experience for similar well operations..
