油井可验封封堵技术在作业监督中的应用

摘  要:基于油田开发后期,为保障区块层系调整措施效果,应对地质开发对细分注采管柱可靠性的迫切需求,注入井通过验封仪器、吸水剖面测试等方式实现对分层管柱封隔器密封性能的准确验证,但采油井采取的套溢法、套压法验封存在验不全、验不准的情况。针对问题,通过研发井下可验封封堵管柱,在每一级封隔器内建立验封通道,结合井下验封监督装置的数据采集功能,能够实现对打压释放、井下验封等工序的数字化监督。现场试验验证表明:该技术能够满足封堵管柱的密封可靠性验证,并通过回放监督曲线,达到对封堵施工质量跟踪监督的效果,为验证封堵措施可靠性,减少两驱干扰,保障层系开发效果提供了技术支持。In the late stage of oilfield development,in order to ensure the effect of layer adjustment measures in the block and the urgent need for the reliability of the sub-injection and production string in geological development,the injection well achieves the accurate verification of the sealing performance of the layered string packer through the sealing inspection instrument and water absorption profile test.However,the casing overflow method and casing pressure method used in the production well are not complete or inaccurate.To solve this problem,through the development of the downhole sealable plugging pipe string,the establishment of sealing inspection channels in each stage of the packer,combined with the data acquisition function of the downhole sealing inspection monitor ing device,the digital supervision of the pressure release and the downhole sealing inspection process can be realized.Field test verification shows that the technology can meet the sealing reliability verification of the plugging pipe string,and through playback supervision curve,achieve the effect of tracking supervision of the plugging construction quality,and provide technical support for verifying the reliability of the plugging measures,reducing the two-drive interference,and ensuring the development effect of layers.
