摘  要:塔里木盆地奥陶系碳酸盐岩储层采用裸眼完井的油气井在开发过程中,随着地层孔隙压力降低,井周地应力失衡导致井壁垮塌掉块严重,掩埋优质储层段,严重影响单井产量和开采周期。采用衬管完井技术可有效解决碳酸盐岩储层在开采过程中的井壁垮塌问题,提高单井产量。但是下入衬管作业过程中,由于工艺缺陷和操作失误等因素,使得提前丢手落鱼、封隔器提前坐封、无法正常丢手等复杂事故频发。针对完钻井的井控风险、H_(2)S含量、气油比、井口装置等因素,采用不同的衬管完井工艺技术,同时精细控制下衬管过程中现场操作,降低作业过程中发生复杂事故的概率,保障管柱一次性下至设计井深并正常丢手。目前该技术已广泛应用于塔里木盆地碳酸盐岩储层衬管完井作业。In the development process of open-hole completion wells in Ordovician carbonate reservoirs in Tarim Basin,with the decrease of formation pore pressure,the imbalance of in-situ stress around the well leads to the collapse of the borehole wall and the burial of high-quality reservoir segments,which seriously affects the single well production and mining cycle.The application of liner completion technology can effectively solve the problem of wall collapse of carbonate reservoir in the process of exploitation and increase the production of single well.However,due to the process defects and operation errors,complex accidents such as early dropping of fish,early setting of packers,and failure to release normally occur frequently during liner running.According to the factors such as well control risk,H_(2)S content,gas-oil ratio,and wellhead device,different liner completion technologies are adopted,and onsite operations during the liner process are carefully controlled to reduce the probability of complex accidents during the operation,and ensure that the string is lowered to the designed well depth at one time and normal release.At present,this technology has been widely used in liner completion of carbonate reservoir in Tarim Basin.
