摘 要:针对地铁隧道管片壁后因工作环境造成腐蚀而严重威胁隧道服役安全的问题,开展混凝土和盾构管片构件壁后腐蚀病害检测方法的研究。根据混凝土腐蚀的探地雷达(GPR)检测原理,分别对普通混凝土和盾构管片的壁后腐蚀进行仿真研究,分析电磁波在混凝土腐蚀情况下的传播特性;提出混凝土腐蚀雷达检测的具体方法,基于界面反射时间计算混凝土厚度,进而计算混凝土腐蚀层厚度,评估混凝土腐蚀状况;对混凝土平台和盾构管片构件进行探测试验。结果表明,探地雷达法可以有效实现混凝土和盾构管片壁后腐蚀状况的检测。Research on the detection method of corrosion diseases on the back wall of concrete and shield tunnel segment components was conducted,in response to the serious threat to the service safety of subway tunnel segments caused by corrosion in the working environment.According to the principle of ground penetrating radar(GPR)detection of concrete corrosion,and the simulation research was carried out on the back wall corrosion of ordinary concrete and shield segments respectively.The propagation characteristics of electromagnetic waves in the case of concrete corrosion were analyzed.A specific method of concrete corrosion radar detection was proposed,which calculated the concrete thickness based on the interface reflection time,and then calculated the thickness of the concrete corrosion layer to evaluate the concrete corrosion status.The detection test was conducted on the plain concrete platform and the shield segment members.The results show that the GPR method could effectively realize detection of the corrosion state behind the plain concrete and the shield segment wall.
