摘  要:考察了不同白炭黑/炭黑配比对溶聚丁苯橡胶/顺丁橡胶(SSBR/BR)混合胶的门尼黏度、硫化特性、物理机械性能和动态力学性能的影响。分析结果表明:随着白炭黑/炭黑体系中白炭黑用量的减少,填充SSBR/BR混合胶的门尼黏度降低,门尼焦烧时间(t_(10))先延长后缩短,正硫化时间(t_(90))呈缩短趋势,胶料的100%定伸应力和200%定伸应力先增大后减小,300%定伸应力升高,硬度、撕裂强度、拉伸强度降低,耐磨性先增强后减弱,压缩生热逐渐升高,抗湿滑性能变好,滚动阻力增大。The effect of silica/carbon black blend with different proportion on Mooney viscosity,vulcanization characteristics,physical and mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of solution-polymerized styrene butadiene rubber/butadiene rubber(SSBR/BR)mixed rubber was investigated.The results showed that with dosage decrease of silica in the silica/carbon black blend,the Mooney viscosity of SSBR/BR mixed rubber decreased,the Mooney scorch time(t_(10))first decreased and then increased,the optimum curing time(t_(90))showed a shortening trend,100%constant elongation and 200%constant elongation of the mixed rubber first increased and then decreased,300%constant elongation increased,hardness,tear strength and tensile strength decreased,wear resistance first increased and then weakened,and the compression heat generation gradually increased,the wet sliding resistance became better and the rolling resistance increased.
