一种净味剂对沥青烟气释放的影响规律研究

摘　　要：在沥青中添加一种净味剂,采用挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)便携式检测仪,对沥青高温搅拌过程中的挥发性有机物进行检测,对比分析检测到的非甲烷总烃(NMHC)质量浓度,研究该净味剂对沥青烟气释放的影响规律,验证净味剂的净味效果。试验表明:该净味剂添加剂掺量(w)达0.5%有较好的净味效果;实验中添加少量该净味剂对沥青物理性能指标无明显影响;添加了净味剂的沥青,NMHC质量浓度明显降低,能够降低沥青烟气排放量30%~40%,具有较好的环保效果。In this study,a flavor cleanser was added to asphalt,and volatile organic compounds(VOCs)portable detector was used to detect VOCs during high-temperature mixing of the asphalt.The non-methane total hydrocarbon value detected was compared and analyzed,effect of the flavor cleanser on asphalt flue gas release was studied,and effect of the flavor cleanser was verified.The test showed when added dose of the flavor cleanser was 0.5%,effect of the taste cleanser was good.In the experiment,adding a small amount of the flavor cleanser had no obvious effect on physical properties of the asphalt.The mass concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbon(NMHC)was significantly reduced in the asphalt with the addition of flavor cleanser,which could reduce the emission of asphalt flue gas by 30%~40%,and good environmental protection effect was obtained.
