摘　　要：在制备聚丙烯树脂注塑试样的过程中,影响试样的性能以及试验测定值的因素有很多,其中注塑条件的选择尤为关键,注塑机操作参数的设定也直接关系到试样质量的高低。结合国家标准方法,对试样的力学性能进行全面测试,找到最佳的注塑操作条件,以确保注塑试样的生产质量和试验测试结果的准确性。In the process of preparing polypropylene resin injection sample,there are many factors that affect the performance of the sample and the test measurement value,among which the selection of injection conditions is particularly critical,and the operation parameters setting of injection molding machine is also directly related to the sample quality.In this study,the mechanical properties of the sample were comprehensively tested by the national standard method,and the best injection molding operation conditions were found to ensure the production quality of the injection molding sample and the accuracy of the test results.
