摘 要:在乳聚丁苯橡胶装置的生产过程中,降低回收单元胶乳中残留苯乙烯的含量具有极其重要的意义。它不仅直接关系到苯乙烯原料的损耗,还对装置的稳定运行和尾气达标排放产生较大影响。通过对聚合反应转化率控制、丁二烯回收单元运行、汽提塔蒸汽使用量、苯乙烯回收单元的清理等方面的优化,可有效降低回收单元胶乳中残留苯乙烯含量,从而实现了装置尾气的达标排放。In the production of emulsion styrene butadiene rubber,it is of great significance to control residual styrene content in the the latex of recovery unit.It not only directly affects the loss of styrene raw materials,but also has a significant impact on the stable operation of the device and the emission of tail gas up to standard.Through optimization of the conversion rate of polymerization reaction,the operation of butadiene recovery unit,the steam consumption of stripping tower,and the cleaning of styrene recovery unit,residual styrene content in the recover-ed latex unit can be effectively reduced,thus achieving the emission of tail gas up to standard.
