摘　　要：通过对引发剂计量泵的工艺流程和主要结构进行剖析,分析机组常见故障,并针对故障原因提出相应的解决措施,这些措施降低了引发剂计量泵机组的故障率,提高了设备的整体运行水平,保证了装置长周期稳定运行。By insighting the process flow and main structure of the initiator metering pump,the common faults of the pump unit were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were put forward according to the causes of the failures,which could reduce the failure rate of the initiator metering pump unit,improve the overall operating level of the equipment,and ensure the long-term stable operation of the device.
