摘　　要：本文针对顺丁橡胶装置凝聚单元冷冻盐水送出泵泵轴断裂的情况,从材料性质、腐蚀形貌、腐蚀产物和腐蚀介质等方面分析了失效的原因,并在此基础上提出了应对措施以消除隐患,采取措施后1年期间机泵运行良好,泵轴无腐蚀。In view of shaft fracture of the pump for delivery of refrigerated salt water in condensate unit of the cis-polybutadiene rubber device,causes for the failure were analyzed from the aspects of material properties,corrosion morphology,corrosion products and corrosion medium,etc.On this basis,countermeasures were put forward to eliminate the hidden dangers.After the countermeasures were taken,the pump shaft was not corroded,the pump has been running well for one year.
