摘　　要：工程建设施工现场涉及多项工作且各项工作内容相互关联、缺一不可,包括安全、质量、进度、物资管理等,其中安全是贯穿整个施工过程的主线。从工程建设施工现场安全管理的六个关键点出发,分析施工现场作业全过程的安全注意事项,保证工程建设施工现场安全可控、在控、能控,提升工程建设施工安全管理水平。The construction site involves a variety of tasks interrelated and indispensable,including safety,quality,progress,material management,etc.,among which safety is the mainstream throughout the whole construction process.Analysis is conducted starting from six key points of the safety management of construction sites to analyze the safety precautions in the whole process of all tasks on a construction site so as to ensure the construction site safe,controllable,controlled and enabling control,improving its safety construction management level.
