摘 要:膜蒸馏处理含表面活性剂等复杂料液时,常规疏水膜存在易被润湿和污染的问题.目前,多层嵌入型表面结构的双疏膜受到广泛关注.本研究提出了一种新的无多层嵌入表面的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)双疏膜.首先,采用复合相转化法制备了PVDF和聚苯乙烯-马来酸酐(SMA)共混基膜,再经低表面能的全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷(17-FAS)改性制备出双疏膜.该膜上、下表面对水和乙二醇接触角分别为135.9°、147.3°和112.2°、123.5°.在含表面活性剂和有机污染物的盐水料液中表现出高于0.4 MPa的优异液体穿透压力(LEP)。采用直接接触式膜蒸馏处理含盐含表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)及有机污染物黄腐酸(FA)或腐殖酸(HA)的复杂料液,结果表明,PVDF双疏膜的水通量达36kg/(m^(2)·h),盐截留率达99.9%,表现出优异的抗润湿和耐污染性能.When treating complex liquid solutions containing surfactants using membrane distillation,conventional hydrophobic membranes are prone to wetting and contamination issues.Currently,multilevel re-entrant surface amphiphobic membranes have garnered widespread attention.This paper proposes a novel polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)amphiphobic membranes without multilevel re-entrant surface.Initially,PVDF and styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer(SMA)blended pristine membranes were prepared using a composite phase transformation method,followed by grafting of low surface energy perfluorodecyl-triethoxysilane(17-FAS)to produce the amphiphobic membranes.The contact angles of water and ethylene glycol on the top and bottom surfaces of the membrane were measured at 135.9°,147.3°,112.2°,and 123.5°,respectively.The membrane exhibited excellent liquid entry pressures(LEP)exceeding 0.4 MPa in saline solutions containing surfactants and organic pollutants.Direct contact membrane distillation was employed to process complex liquid solutions containing salt,the surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),and organic pollutants such as fulvic acid(FA)or humic acid(HA).The results demonstrated that the PVDF amphiphobic membrane achieved a water flux of 36 kg/(m^(2)·h)and a salt rejection rate of 99.9%,exhibiting excellent anti-wetting and anti-fouling properties.
