摘 要:水体中的氮、磷污染被认为是引发诸多水环境问题的主要因素之一,而微藻及藻-菌共生系统在污水深度处理方面具有独特的优势,因此深入研究及探讨氮、磷在其中的迁移转化过程及规律对氮、磷的处理及利用具有重要的意义。系统阐述了微藻及藻-菌共生系统处理污水时,水体中的氮、磷在处理过程中的迁移转化路径、形态及其影响因素,深入分析并总结了微藻对氮、磷的吸收机制,以及藻-菌共生系统在氮、磷循环中的协同作用,以期为不同水质的处理及条件的优化提供思路,为水环境保护和修复提供科学依据和技术支持。Nitrogen and phosphorus pollution was considered to be one of the main factors causing some water envi-ronment problems.However,microalgae and microalgae-bacteria consortium have special advantages in wastewater advanced treatment,therefore it has important significance to investigate and discuss the process and regular pattern of the transferring and transformation of nitrogen and phosphorus in wastewater for the treatment and utilization of them.In this paper,the path,morphological and influencing factors of transferring and transformation of nitrogen and phosphorus in water treated by microalgae-bacteria consortium were systematically described.The absorption mechanism of nitrogen and phosphorus by microalgae,and the synergic effect of microalgae-bacteria consortia sys-tem in the nitrogen and phosphorus cycle were analyzed and summarized.It was hoped to provide guidance for the treatment of different quality of wastewater and the optimization of treatment process,and give some scientific basis and theoretical support for water environment protection and restoration.
