摘  要:以巯基化改性纤维素(Cell-SH)为吸附剂,系统研究了其对水溶液中Hg(Ⅱ)和四环素(TC)复合污染的处理效果。实验考察了溶液pH和共存阳离子对复合污染处理效果的影响,并对吸附等温线、吸附热力学和动力学进行探讨,同时对其吸附机理进行探究。结果表明,在pH为6时,Cell-SH对Hg(Ⅱ)和TC复合污染的处理效果较好,溶液中共存阳离子对Hg(Ⅱ)的去除影响较小,而二价阳离子的存在对TC的吸附影响较大。循环再生实验结果表明,Cell-SH对TC和Hg(Ⅱ)的吸附表现出较好的循环使用性能,经历5个吸附-解吸循环,对TC和Hg(Ⅱ)的吸附率均仍能保持70%以上。吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程,等温吸附曲线均符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,表明Cell-SH对Hg(Ⅱ)和TC的吸附属于单分子层吸附,吸附过程主要以化学吸附为主。Cell-SH对Hg(Ⅱ)和TC的吸附作用主要涉及静电引力、络合作用及氢键结合等。Sulfhydryl modified cellulose(Cell-SH)was used as adsorbent to treat the combined pollution of Hg(Ⅱ)and tetracycline(TC)in aqueous solution.Effects of pH and coexisting cations on the removal efficiency of composite pollution were investigated,and the adsorption isothermal curves,adsorption thermodynamics,and kinetics were dis-cussed.Meanwhile,the adsorption mechanism was explored.The results showed that Cell-SH exhibited good treat-ment performance on the combined pollution of Hg(Ⅱ)and TC in aqueous solution under pH of 6.The presence of co-existing cations in the solution had a relatively small effect on the removal of Hg(Ⅱ),while the presence of diva-lent cations had a greater impact on the adsorption of TC.The results of the cyclic regeneration experiments showed that Cell-SH exhibited good cyclic performance in adsorbing TC-Hg(Ⅱ),and after 5 adsorption-desorption cycles,both of the adsorption rate of TC and Hg(Ⅱ)could still maintain above 70%.The adsorption process fitted well with the quasi-second-order kinetic equation and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model,which implied that the adsorp-tion of Hg(Ⅱ)and TC by Cell-SH belonged to monolayer adsorption.The adsorption process was mainly controlled by chemical adsorption.The adsorption of Hg(Ⅱ)and TC by Cell-SH involved electrostatic attraction,complex-ation,and hydrogen bonding.
