Ti基改性生物炭的制备及其吸附Pb(Ⅱ)和Co(Ⅱ)的性能研究

摘  要:采用钛酸四丁酯对黑花生壳(PSs)进行改性处理,制备Ti基改性PSs生物炭(Ti@PB),并探讨其对混合溶液中Pb(Ⅱ)和Co(Ⅱ)的吸附特性。Ti@PB表征结果显示,其Ti质量分数达33.822%,说明Ti成功负载在生物炭表面。此外,Ti@PB表面粗糙,存在大量不规则的孔隙结构,为微孔和介孔混合的吸附材料,且表面官能团主要以含氧官能团为主。对照未经改性PSs制备的生物炭,Ti@PB对Pb(Ⅱ)和Co(Ⅱ)的去除能力增强。动力学研究表明,Ti@PB对Pb(Ⅱ)的去除遵循准二阶反应动力学方程,以化学吸附为主;对Co(Ⅱ)的去除更符合准一阶反应动力学方程,以物理吸附为主。等温吸附线拟合结果表明,Ti@PB对Pb(Ⅱ)和Co(Ⅱ)的吸附均符合Freundlich模型,为多层非均相吸附。Tetra-n-butyl titanate was used to modify black peanut shells(PSs)to prepare Ti-based modified PSs bio-char(Ti@PB).Its adsorption characteristics for Pb(Ⅱ)and Co(Ⅱ)in mixed solution were investigated.The character-ization results of Ti@PB showed that Ti mass fraction reached 33.822%,indicating that Ti was successfully loaded on the surface of the biochar.In addition,the surface of Ti@PB was rough,with many irregular pore structures,which was an adsorbent material with mixture of micropores and mesopores,and the surface functional groups were mainly dominated by oxygen-containing functional groups.The removal of Pb(Ⅱ)and Co(Ⅱ)by Ti@PB was en-hanced compared to the biochar prepared from unmodified PSs.The kinetic study demonstrated that the removal of Pb(Ⅱ)by Ti@PB followed the quasi-second-order kinetic equation and was dominated by chemisorption,while the removal of Co(Ⅱ)was more consistent with the quasi-first-order kinetic equation and was predominantly physi-sorbed.The isothermal adsorption fitting results showed that the adsorption of both Pb(Ⅱ)and Co(Ⅱ)by Ti@PB conformed to the Freundlich model as multilayer non-homogeneous phase adsorption.
