摘  要:针对朔州煤电铁峰煤业公司井下开采用ZF9000/18/35型液压支架在修理过程中遇到的顶梁和后连杆固定阀座位置不合理、部分钢筋管卡的高度和数量不合理、底座存在一处薄弱环节、前推移框架挡销座不合理等问题,分析了支架液压系统走向,设计并制定改变阀座位置、加焊钢筋管卡、在底座薄弱位置加焊加强筋、更换挡销座的方案,进行了现场施工及效果分析。实践表明,装配效率提高了20%,整体管路布局更加整齐合理,底座外主筋薄弱环节得到有效加固。In view of the unreasonable position of the top beam and the fixed valve seat of the rear connecting rod encountered in the repair process of the ZF9000/18/35 hydraulic support used in the underground mine of Shuozhou Coal and Electricity Tiefeng Coal Industry Company,the height and number of some steel pipe clamps are unreasonable,there is a weak link in the base,and the front frame retaining pin seat is unreasonable.The direction of the hydraulic system of the support is analyzed,and the scheme of changing the position of the valve seat,welding the steel pipe clamp,welding the reinforcing bar in the weak position of the base and replacing the retaining pin seat is designed and formulated,and the field construction and effect analysis are carried out.The practice shows that the assembly efficiency is improved by 20%,the overall pipeline layout is more neat and reasonable,and the weak links of the main reinforcement outside the base are effectively strengthened.
