摘 要:针对采煤机截割煤地质条件复杂特性,以山西潞安矿业(集团)有限公司古城煤矿N1306工作面为背景,基于MG400/940-WD采煤机进行采煤机截割部传动系统的动态稳定性研究,利用理论分析的方法,建立多工况条件下的采煤机截割阻力解析式,确定采煤机牵引速度和转速一定时,截割滚筒受载与阻抗成正相关关系,并通过MATLAB进行采煤机数值仿真,分析多状态下采煤机截割部传动系统的截割电机和行星轮动态响应分析,确定不同截割阻抗变化,通过提出并制定牵引调速和截割调速方案并模拟验证,确定牵引调速方案能够较好提高采煤机截割煤的适应能力,提高采煤机工作的稳定性。In view of the complex geological conditions of shearer cutting coal,taking the N1306 working face of Gucheng Coal Mine of Lu'an Mining(Group)Co.,Ltd.as the background,the dynamic stability of the transmission system of shearer cutting unit is studied based on MG400/940-WD shearer.By using the method of theoretical analysis,the analytical formula of shearer cutting resistance under multiple working conditions is established.When the traction speed and speed of shearer are constant,the load of cutting drum is positively correlated with impedance.The numerical simulation of shearer is carried out by MATLAB,and the dynamic response analysis of cutting motor and planetary wheel of shearer cutting unit transmission system under multiple working conditions is analyzed.Determine the change of different cutting impedance.By proposing and formulating the traction speed regulation and cutting speed regulation scheme and simulating and verifying,it is determined that the traction speed regulation scheme can better realize the adaptability of the shearer to cut coal and improve the stability of the shearer.
