摘  要:煤层气的开发方式主要分为多分支水平井和从式水平井,由于两种生产方式均采用了水平井,因此钻柱在钻井过程中的摩阻和托压一直是业界关注的热点,但到目前为止,该问题仍未得到有效解决。为此,文章以大吉-吉县区块的深部煤层气水平井为例,通过对全井钻柱系统建立动力学模型和应用数值仿真方法进行水平井摩阻研究。研究结果表明:钻压对煤层气水平井造斜段的摩阻影响较大,其中小井斜造斜段的摩阻与钻压成反比,大井斜造斜段的摩阻与钻压成正比,稳斜井眼段的摩阻对钻压变化不敏感;受钻柱屈曲变形的影响,水平段钻柱摩阻上升10.2%。因水平井大井斜井眼段和水平段较长,因此煤层气水平井的总摩阻整体来讲与钻压成正比。文章通过建模和数值仿真方法,揭示了深部煤层气水平井各井段摩阻对钻压的敏感性,并可根据不同钻压条件下对井眼轨迹进行了优化,以此指导现场作业,降低井下摩阻,提高机械钻速。The development methods of coalbed methane(CBM)are mainly multi-lateral horizontal wells and cluster horizontal wells.The problems of friction in the drilling process have always been the research focus in the industry,and so far,the problems have not been effectively solved.Therefore,this paper takes deep coalbed methane horizontal wells in the Daji-Jixian area as example,and studies and summarizes the friction problem of horizontal wells by establishing the dynamic model for the whole drilling string system and applying the numerical simulation method.The research results show that:the design weight on bit(WOB)has a great influence on the friction of the build-up section of CBM horizontal wells,the friction drag in the low inclination section is inversely proportional to WOB,while that in the high inclination section is proportional to WOB.The friction is not sensitive to the variation of WOB in the tangent section.Under the influence of drill string buckling,the horizontal drill string friction increases by 10.2%.The total friction of CBM horizontal wells is directly proportional to WOB as a whole because of the long high inclination section and horizontal section.This paper reveals the sensitivity of the friction to WOB in each section of deep CBM horizontal wells,and optimizes the well trajectory under different WOB conditions through modeling and numerical simulation,which can provide guidance for field operation,reduce downhole friction and improve rate of penetration.
