摘  要:为研究旋转引鞋导向头结构参数对清砂效果的影响,采用fluent软件(流体仿真软件)建立导向头模型,以导向头流向砂粒体积分数以及仿真模型各部分砂粒无因次质量作为评价指标,开展了导向头结构参数对清砂效果的影响研究,并完成了结构参数优选。研究表明:随着刀翼高度、长度、个数以及水眼直径的增大,旋转导向头清砂效果整体呈先增强后减弱的规律;随着刀翼宽度和刀翼螺旋角度的增大,旋转导向头清砂效果整体呈减弱的规律;最佳结构参数:刀翼高度为13 mm,刀翼宽度为15 mm,刀翼长度为60 mm,刀翼个数为5个,刀翼螺旋角度为40°,水眼直径为25 mm。研究结果可为旋转导向头的结构设计提供参考。In order to study the influence of the structural parameters of the guide head of the rotary guide shoe on the sand cleaning effect,the guide head model was established by using the fluent software.With the volume fraction of the guide head flowing to the sand and the dimensionless quality of the sand in each part of the simulation model as the evaluation index,the influence of the guide head structural parameters on the sand cleaning effect was studied,and the optimization of structural parameters was completed.The results show that with the increase of blade height,length,number and water hole diameter,the overall cleaning effect of the rotary guide head increases first and then decreases.With the increase of blade width and spiral angle,the overall cleaning effect of rotary guide head decreases.The optimal structural parameters are:the height of the blade is 13 mm,the width of the blade is 15 mm,the length of the blade is 60 mm,the number of the blades is 5,the spiral angle of the blade is 40°,and the diameter of the water hole is 25 mm.The results can provide reference for the structural design of rotary guide head.
