摘  要:为掌握国内外西瓜中农药残留限量标准现状,助力我国标准接轨国际,降低西瓜出口贸易风险,以西瓜为对象,系统梳理了中国与国际食品法典委员会(CAC)、欧盟、美国、日本、韩国等国家(地区)和组织西瓜中农药最大残留限量标准现状,对比分析国内外标准差异,总结我国西瓜残留限量标准存在的问题,并对西瓜中农药最大残留限量标准制定工作提出建议,着力完善配套检测标准体系,充分运用产业联盟质量安全交流机制,以期为完善我国西瓜质量安全标准体系提供参考,为西瓜产业的健康发展提供技术支撑。To grasp the current status of pesticide residue limits in watermelon between domestic and abroad,help China's standards align with international standards,and reduce the risk of watermelon export trade,this article takes watermelon as the object and systematically review the current status of maximum residue limits(MRLs)standards for pesticides in watermelon in countries(regions)and organizations such as China and the Codex Alimentarius Commission(CAC),European Union,United States,Japan and Republic of Korea,compare and analyze the differences between domestic and international standards,summarize the problems in China's watermelon residue limit standards,and provide suggestions for the formulation of maximum pesticide residue limits in watermelon,strives to improve the supporting testing standard system,and make full use of the quality and safety exchange mechanism of the industry alliance,in order to enhance China's watermelon quality and safety standard system and provide technical support for the healthy development of the watermelon industry.
