激光腔内闭合术联合泡沫硬化剂注射治疗下肢静脉曲张短期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察激光腔内闭合术联合泡沫硬化剂注射治疗下肢静脉曲张短期效果的评估。方法:选取我院特定时段内收治的66例下肢静脉曲张患者进行研究,根据不同治疗方式分为3组,各为22例,观察组采用激光腔内闭合术联合泡沫硬化剂注射治疗,参照1组采用激光腔内闭合术进行治疗,参照2组采用泡沫硬化剂注射剂进行治疗;对比3组临床治疗效果、并发症、病人满意度、术后1 y内复发率的差异。结果:观察组临床治疗效果均高于参照1组、参照2组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率均低于参照1组、参照2组(P<0.05);研究组满意度均高于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05);观察组术后1 y内患者复发率均低于参照1组、参照2组,各项数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对下肢静脉曲张应用激光腔内闭合术联合泡沫硬化剂注射治疗,其效果明显优于二者单独治疗,进一步降低并发症发生率,患者满意度高,且术后1 y内的复发率低,可推广应用。Objective:To observe the short-term effect of laser endovascular closure combined with foam sclerosing agent injection in the treatment of varicose veins of lower limbs.Methods:Sixty-six patients with varicose veins of lower limbs were selected and divided into three groups according to different treatment methods,with 22 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with laser endovascular closure combined with foam sclerosing agent injection,while the reference group was treated with laser endovascular closure and the reference group was treated with foam sclerosing agent injection.The clinical therapeutic effect,complications,patient satisfaction and recurrence rate within one year after operation were compared among the three groups.Results:The clinical therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group 1 and the reference group 2(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in reference group 1 and reference group 2(P<0.05).The satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of patients in the observation group within one year after operation was lower than that in the reference group 1 and the reference group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of laser endovascular closure combined with foam sclerosing agent injection in the treatment of varicose veins of lower limbs is obviously superior to the two treatments alone,which further reduces the incidence of complications and has high patient satisfaction.
