新肾康宁胶囊联合赖诺普利在高血压肾病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨新肾康宁胶囊联合赖诺普利治疗高血压肾病的疗效。方法:选取2018年4月至2019年9月本院收治的102例高血压肾病患者作为研究对象。抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组各51例。对照组给予赖诺普利治疗,观察组采用赖诺普利联合新肾康宁胶囊治疗。分析比较两组中医证候积分、血压水平、肾功能、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗2 m后,观察组中医证候积分、收缩压、舒张压均比对照组显著降低(P<0.05);观察组血清肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、尿微量白蛋白、胱抑素-C水平均较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:新肾康宁胶囊联合赖诺普利治疗高血压肾病效果显著,可降低患者中医证候积分、血压水平,改善肾功能,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Xinshenkangning capsule combined with lisinopril on hypertensive nephropathy.Methods:102 patients with hypertensive nephropathy admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the study objects.The group was divided into control group and observation group with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lisinopril,and the observation group was treated with lisinopril combined with Xinshenkangning capsule.TCM syndrome score,blood pressure level,renal function and occurrence of adverse reactions were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 months of treatment,TCM syndrome score,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);Serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),urinary microalbumin and cystatin C levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xinshenkangning capsule combined with lisinopril has a significant effect in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy,which can reduce the TCM syndrome score and blood pressure of patients,improve renal function,and has high safety.
