摘　　要：目的:探究桂枝茯苓胶囊联合腹腔镜手术对卵巢囊肿患者血清雌激素及抗苗勒氏管激素水平的影响。方法:选取2020年6月至2021年6月我院收治的80例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加口服桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗。以血清雌激素、血清抗苗勒氏管激素(Anti-mullerian hormone,AMH)、脂质结合唾液酸(Lipid-bound sialic acid,LSA)比较两组卵巢储备功能,以免疫球蛋白M(ImmunoglobulinM,IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(ImmunoglobulinG,IgG)、补体C3比较两组免疫功能指标水平,并比较两组临床疗效和不良反应。结果:术后3 m,观察组雌激素、AMH水平和总有效率高于对照组,LSA水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后7 d,两组IgM无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组IgG、补体C3水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未出现不良反应。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊联合腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿患者临床疗效显著,利于改善患者卵巢储备功能和免疫功能,安全可靠。Objective:To explore the effects of Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with laparoscopic surgery on serum estrogen and anti-Mullerian hormone levels in patients with ovarian cysts.Methods:A total of 80 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and study group with 40 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,and the observation group was treated with oral Guizhi Fuling capsule on the basis of the control group.Serum estrogen,serum Anti-mullerian hormone(AMH)and serum lips-bound sialic acid(LSA)were used to compare the ovarian reserve function of the two groups,and ImmunoglobulinM(M)was used to compare the ovarian reserve function of the two groups.IgM,Immunoglobulin G(IgG)and complement C3 were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Three months after operation,the levels of estrogen,AMH and total effective rate in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the level of LSA was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IgM between the two groups on day 7 after operation(P>0.05).The levels of IgG and complement C3 in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with laparoscopic surgery has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of ovarian cysts,which is beneficial to improve ovarian reserve and immune function,and is safe and reliable.
