基于翻转课堂的人体解剖学与组织胚胎学教学路径探索

摘  要:探讨在高职护理专业人体解剖学与组织胚胎学课程教学中运用翻转课堂模式的有效路径。反思以往的教学实践经验,对过去人体解剖学与组织胚胎学教学中运用翻转课堂模式的问题进行总结。在此基础上,探索问题的解决策略,明确教学的优化方式。通过反思,发现目前存在线上学习活动较少、线上线下衔接不足、课堂评价方式陈旧和教师角色转换不足的问题。高职院校应采取有针对性的措施,改进教学方式。高职院校在人体解剖学与组织胚胎学教学中运用翻转课堂模式时,要着力优化线上学习、加强模块衔接、完善教学评价以及提升教师信息素养。To explore the effective way of applying flipped classroom model in the teaching of human anatomy and tissue embryology for nursing majors in higher vocational colleges.To review the past teaching experience and summarize the problems of applying the flipped classroom model in the teaching of human anatomy and histology and embryology.On this basis,explore the problem solving strategy,clear the teaching optimization way.Through reflection,it was found that there are some problems,such as less online learning activities,insufficient connection between online and offline,outdated classroom evaluation methods and insufficient role transformation of teachers.Higher vocational colleges should take targeted measures to improve teaching methods.When applying flipped classroom model in the teaching of human anatomy and histology,vocational colleges should focus on optimizing online learning,strengthening module connection,improving teaching evaluation and improving teachers'information literacy.
