摘　　要：目的:构建一套合理的研究型医院专科科研绩效考核评价指标体系,为研究型医院进行专科科研绩效考核评价提供参考。方法:通过文献分析和专家访谈初步确定指标体系框架,采用德尔菲法进行专家咨询,根据专家意见和打分结果对指标进行筛选。结果:两轮咨询问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威程度Cr分别为0.86、0.89,专家意见协调程度W分别为0.20、0.24(P<0.05);建立了一套含科研投入、科研产出、学术影响等5个一级指标,10个二级指标,32个三级指标的指标体系。结论:构建的指标体系具有较好的科学性和可行性,可以用于研究型医院专科科研绩效考核评价。Objective:To construct a reasonable evaluation index system for specialty scientific research performance assessment in research-oriented hospitals,providing a reference for such assessments.Methods:The framework of the index system was initially determined through literature analysis and expert interviews.The Delphi method was employed for expert consultation,and the indicators were selected based on expert opinions and scoring results.Results:The response rate for the two rounds of questionnaires was 100%,with expert authority coefficients(Cr)of 0.86 and 0.89,respectively,and expert opinion coordination coefficients(W)of 0.20 and 0.24,respectively(P<0.05).An index system was established,consisting of five first-level indicators,ten second-level indicators,and thirty-two third-level indicators,covering areas such as research input,research output,and academic influence.Conclusion:The constructed index system is scientifically sound and feasible,and can be used for specialty scientific research performance assessment in research-oriented hospitals.
