摘　　要：目的:分析医院科研管理研究现状,把握研究热点与发展趋势,为推动医院发展新质生产力、加快实现高质量发展提供参考。方法:通过CiteSpace对中国知网中2014-2024年发表的医院科研管理相关文献进行作者、机构、关键词的共现分析、聚类分析和突现分析等。结果:经筛选后纳入2365篇相关文献,论文总体数量较多,2019年后呈下降趋势;高频关键词分别是项目管理、科研管理、公立医院、科研经费、信息化、内部控制和风险管理等,关键词聚类为6个类别。结论:建议加强公立医院与高校、研究机构间的合作,促进理论与实践深度融合;提升基层医院科研管理水平,推动临床试验规范化仍是研究重点;发展医院科研管理新质生产力将成为研究新趋势;医院内部审计与监督、科研诚信与伦理等问题需持续关注。Objective:To analyze the current status of research on hospital scientific research management,grasp research hotspots and development trends,and provide references for promoting new productive forces in hospital development and accelerating high-quality development.Methods:Using CiteSpace,a co-occurrence analysis,clustering analysis,and burst detection analysis of authors,institutions,and keywords were conducted on literature related to hospital scientific research management published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from 2014 to 2024.Results:After screening,2,365 relevant articles were included.The overall number of papers is relatively high,but there has been a downward trend since 2019.The high-frequency keywords are project management,scientific research management,public hospitals,scientific research funding,informatization,internal control,and risk management,among others.The keywords were clustered into six categories.Conclusion:It is recommended to strengthen cooperation between public hospitals,universities,and research institutions to promote the deep integration of theory and practice.Improving the scientific research management level of primary hospitals and promoting the standardization of clinical trials remain key research focuses.Developing new productive forces in hospital scientific research management will become a new research trend,while issues such as hospital internal auditing and supervision,scientific research integrity,and ethics require continuous attention.
