摘 要:目的:利用系统动力学模型,梳理并回顾山东省某三甲公立医院实施精益管理可持续性的主要路径与实际效果,从医院内生性因素分析目前存在的问题,并提出针对性建议。方法:结合目标设定理论,运用系统动力学构建因果逻辑关系图,分析山东某三甲公立医院实施精益管理可持续的因素。结果:该院通过成立精益推进领导小组,编制精益指导性文件,开展精益项目,持续开展精益培训,构建并试点标杆精益科室和“6S”示范单元等,在医疗服务质量、运行效率、成本控制和患者满意度方面取得了显著成效,形成了实施精益管理可持续性正向循环。结论:提升精益管理可持续性,需要注重培养精益骨干,引领全员参与精益改善,强化医院战略与精益管理的融合度,不断加强精益文化建设,保障精益管理的持续改进与效果。Objective:To use the system dynamics model to review and analyze the main paths and actual effects of implementing lean management sustainability in a Grade III Level A public hospital in Shandong Province.The study also identifies current issues based on the hospital's endogenous factors and proposes targeted recommendations.Methods:Combining goal-setting theory,a causal logic relationship diagram was constructed using system dynamics to analyze the factors influencing the sustainability of lean management implementation in the hospital.Results:The hospital achieved significant improvements in medical service quality,operational efficiency,cost control,and patient satisfaction by establishing a lean management promotion leadership team,developing guiding documents,conducting lean projects,offering continuous lean training,and creating benchmark lean departments and"6S"demonstration units.These efforts resulted in a positive cycle of sustainable lean management implementation.Conclusion:To enhance the sustainability of lean management,it is crucial to focus on cultivating lean management leaders,encouraging full staff participation in lean improvements,strengthening the integration of hospital strategy with lean management,and continuously building a lean culture to ensure ongoing improvement and effectiveness of lean management practices.
