摘  要:为加强远距离输电的安全性和稳定性,本试验制备了一种具备超疏水性能的硅橡胶绝缘防潮材料,并对该材料性能进行研究。结果表明,硅橡胶绝缘防潮材料与水的接触角为(157.8±0.5)°,滚动角为(8.1±0.1)°,超疏水性能良好。在300℃热氧老化处理24 h后,硅橡胶绝缘防潮材料与水的接触角无较大变化,为156.2°,滚动角增大,为9.3°,耐久性良好。另外,这种硅橡胶绝缘防潮材料具备良好的表面液滴弹跳行为,且具备一定的延迟结冰性能。可以用于绝缘子等跌落式熔断器及装置中,使高铁运行或远距离输电的安全性和稳定性提高。To enhance the safety and stability of high-speed rail transportation or long-distance transmission,a sil⁃icone rubber insulation and moisture-proof material with superhydrophobic properties was prepared,and its prop⁃erties were studied.The results showed that the contact angle between silicone rubber insulation and moisture proof material and water was(157.8±0.5)°,and the rolling angle was(8.1±0.1)°,indicating good superhydrophobic performance.After 24 hours of thermal oxygen aging treatment at 300℃,the contact angle between the sili⁃cone rubber insulation moisture-proof material and water remained unchanged at 156.2°,while the rolling angle increased to 9.3°,indicating good durability.In addition,this silicone rubber insulation moisture-proof material had good surface droplet bouncing behavior and certain delayed icing performance.It can be used in insulators and other drop-out fuses and devices to improve the safety and stability of high-speed rail operation or long-distance transmission.
