摘 要:为提升外墙涂料的环保性能,试验分别对表层反射艺术涂料和底层阻隔艺术涂料的配方进行优化,并分别研究了2种涂料的性能,对组装后复合艺术涂料的隔热性能和实际应用效果进行分析。结果表明,500 g表层反射艺术涂料中钛白粉添加量为40 g,底层阻隔艺术涂料中隔热填料添加量为50 g时,其反射效果和隔热效果最佳,基础性能分别满足JC/T 1040—2020标准和HG/T 4343—2012标准,满足建筑外墙涂覆的要求。组装成复合艺术涂料后,复合艺术涂料较普通涂料隔热温差提升了约30℃,室内采暖能耗和制冷能耗的总能耗仅有2.34 kW·h/m^(2),表现出良好的隔热效果和应用效果。In order to improve the environmental performance of exterior wall coatings,the formulas of surface reflective art paint and bottom barrier art paint were optimized,and the performance of two coatings was studied respectively,and the thermal insulation performance and practical application effect of composite art paint after assembly were analyzed.The experimental results showed that when the addition amount of titanium dioxide in the 500 g surface reflective art coating was 40 g,and the addition amount of insulation filler in the bottom barrier art coating was 50 g,the reflection and insulation effects were the best.The basic performance met the JC/T 1040—2020 standard and HG/T 4343—2012 standard,respectively,and met the requirements of building exterior wall coating.After assembly into a composite art coating,the insulation temperature difference of the composite art coating increased by about 30℃compared to ordinary coatings,and the total energy consumption of indoor heating and cooling energy was only 2.34 kW·h/m^(2),demonstrating good insulation and application effects.
