摘　　要：以丙纶长丝与乳胶丝为主要材料,制备一种磁扣高分子约束带基布,进而制备磁扣高分子约束带。试验首先对磁扣高分子约束带基布基础性能进行分析,然后对磁扣高分子约束带在精神病治疗的应用效果进行分析。试验结果表明,自制磁扣高分子约束带基布弹性回复率约为95.4%,透气量约为1.27 g,抗弯长度约为2.52 cm,抗拉强度为2.35 kN,伸长比约为2.7,表现出良好的综合性能。将其用于临床试验,其在提升约束效果,降低不良反应发生率和提升患者监护人满意度方面表现出明显的优势。Using polypropylene filament and latex filament as the main materials,a magnetic buckle polymer re⁃straint tape base cloth was made,and then a magnetic buckle polymer restraint tape was manufactured.The experi⁃ment first analyzed the basic performance of the magnetic buckle polymer restraint belt base cloth,and then evaluat⁃ed the clinical effect of the magnetic buckle polymer restraint belt.The experimental results showed that the elastic recovery rate of the self-made magnetic buckle polymer restraint belt base fabric was about 95.4%,the air permea⁃bility was about 1.27 g,the bending length was about 2.52 cm,the tensile strength was 2.35 kN,and the elongation ratio was about 2.7,exhibiting good comprehensive performance.It has shown significant advantages in improving re⁃straint effectiveness,reducing the incidence of adverse reactions,and enhancing patient guardian satisfaction when used in clinical trials.
