皮革玩具用改性聚氨酯涂覆材料性能与用量优化研究

摘  要:为进一步提高传统皮革玩具的柔性、耐热性等,提出一种新型的改性聚氨酯乳液涂层。试验结果表明,当二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)用量为3%,固含量为30%,降粘剂种类和用量分别为四氢呋喃(THF)10 g,三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚(TMPME)用量为2%,有机硅单体A-174用量为3%,反应时间为180 min时,改性聚氨酯乳液性能最佳;将改性的聚氨酯乳液干燥,得到的乳胶膜拉伸强度为9.2 MPa,热分解温度为300℃,吸水率为10%,且乳胶膜吸水后外观为表面稍微变白,不出现粉化和变软现象,表现出良好的耐热性能、柔性等特点;将该乳胶膜用于婴幼儿皮革玩具,表现出良好的柔软性。In order to further improve the flexibility and heat resistance of traditional leather toys,a new modified polyurethane lotion coating was proposed.The results showed that the modified polyurethane lotion had the best performance when the content of dimethylol butyric acid(DMBA)was 3%,the solid content was 30%,the type and amount of viscosity reducer were tetrahydrofuran(THF)and 10 g,the content of trimethylolpropane allyl ether(TMPME)was 2%,the content of silicone monomer A-174 was 3%,and the reaction time was 180 min.The modified polyurethane lotion was dried,and the tensile strength of the latex film obtained was 9.2 MPa,the thermal decomposition temperature was 300℃,and the water absorption rate was 10%.The appearance of the latex film after absorbing water was slightly white,without powdering and softening,showing good heat resistance and flexibility.The latex film was used in leather toys for infants and young children and exhibited good softness.
