摘  要:为提高临床所用透析器的透析性能,选用聚丙烯腈(PAN)和聚丙烯醇(PVA)作为原材料制备PVA/PAN复合纳米纤维透析膜,再与试验所制还原氧化石墨烯气凝胶(rGO)联用,进行一系列性能测试与临床应用。结果表明,与GO相比,rGO中的部分含氧官能团消失,且没有新的官能团产生;rGO对硫酸吲哚酚(IS)的吸附量随着其浓度的增加而增加,当IS的浓度高于6 mg/mL时,在3 h以后,吸附逐渐趋于平衡,达到rGO的最大吸附量;rGO的加入能显著提升PVA/PAN复合纳米纤维膜对IS的清除率,同时也不会显著影响人血清蛋白(HSA)保留率,对HSA的保留率仍在97%以上;rGO联合PVA/PAN复合纳米纤维膜在临床使用时,能获得较传统透析膜更优异的疗效和更好的抗炎效果。In order to improve the dialysis performance of dialyzers used in clinical practice,polyacrylonitrile(PAN)and polypropylene alcohol(PVA)were selected as raw materials to prepare PVA/PAN composite nanofiber dialysis membrane,and then combined with the reduced graphene oxide aerogel(rGO)prepared by the laboratory to carry out a series of performance tests and clinical applications.The results showed that compared with GO,some oxygen-containing functional groups in rGO disappeared and no new functional groups were generated.The adsorption capacity of rGO for indophenol sulfate(IS)increased with its concentration.When the concentration of IS was higher than 6 mg/mL,the adsorption gradually approached equilibrium after 3.0 hours,reaching the maximum adsorption capacity of rGO.The addition of rGO significantly enhanced the clearance rate of PVA/PAN composite nanofiber membrane towards IS,without significantly affecting the retention rate of human serum albumin(HSA),which remained above 97%.RGO combined with PVA/PAN composite nanofiber membrane can achieve better therapeutic and anti-inflammatory effects than traditional dialysis membranes in clinical use.
