摘 要:水力压裂支撑剂作为一种用来支撑水力裂缝的关键材料,直接影响到压裂改造效果和压裂成功率。基于YS112区块相邻YS112H2、H3、H6、H7等平台的压裂取得的认识,以提产、降本、增效为主要目的,开展石英砂替代陶粒先导试验,助推平台低成本高效增产。实验通过对YS112H4平台所选取的H1、H3、H5三口井进行30余次的压裂,通过对100目石英砂、40/70目石英砂、40/70目低密度陶粒的合理分配,使压裂井的产能尽可能达到最大。研究结果表明,采用100目石英砂、40/70目低密度陶粒方案,既能保证最大的日产能和累计产能,同时也保证了支撑剂的经济性。As a key material used to support hydraulic cracks,hydraulic fracturing proppant directly affects the ef⁃fect of fracturing transformation and the success rate of fracturing.Based on the understanding obtained by fracturing adjacent YS112H2,H3,H6,H7 and other platforms in YS112,with the main purpose of improving production,reducing costs and increasing efficiency,a pilot test of quartz sand replacing ceramic grains was carried out to pro⁃mote the low-cost and efficient production increase of the platform.In this experiment,more than 30 fracturing of the H1,H3 and H5 wells selected by YS112H4 platform were carried out,and the production capacity of the fracturing well was maximized through the reasonable allocation of 100 mesh quartz sand,40/70 mesh quartz sand and 40/70 mesh density ceramic particles.The results showed that the use of 100 mesh quartz sand and 40/70 mesh low-density ceramic particles could not only ensure the maximum daily production capacity and cumulative produc⁃tion capacity,but also ensure the economy of proppant.
